User Persona Research

I developed eight key personas representing medical professionals, consumers, patients, and the medical community during this project. Each persona was crafted to identify:

  • Goals and Motivations

  • Pain Points

  • Website Needs

  • Trusted Brands

I also mapped their user journeys through the stages of Awareness, Consideration, Decision, and Retention, focusing on actions, emotions, and solutions.

This research was instrumental in planning the IA and SEO of the overhauled corporate website, transforming the site into a user-centric platform.
